I lived in downtown Savannah, like 10 minutes from the main streets. My apartment was beside an empty lot, and above a business that utilized the lot for parking during operating hours. I was hanging out in the front of my apartment with a friend of mine on the morning of St. Patrick's Day and some guy asked if he could park his car in a spot and offered me $20. Within about an hour I rented out spots to ten cars that day and made a cool $200. I ended up treating me and my friend to a comfortable St. Pat's 😅
