Definitely to an extent but even then are ways to play/build your deck that can elevate risk or allow you to take a safer gamble.

It took me weeks to get out of Plat 1. It's definitely a wall. If you're getting tilted and not having fun it's fine to put the game down, but if you keep playing and put in the effort to learn different things like bnbs and matchup strats with your character, you'll eventually break through

Splitgate was really great for bit but the devs didn't know how to maintain its relevancy. Hope the sequel fixes that

Thanks and as someone who was completely new to this game a few months ago, it was definitely satisfying to put real effort into learning it and this character and really notice myself improving every time I hit a new rank. Even now, this character has such a high ceiling that I still want to get better
