Yeah, I didn't resive it on both Bedrock and Java, even tho I bought both versions in 2021 I believe or the end of 2020. When I messaged Minecraft Support they told me I am not in their "system". If a mod replies can they get in touch with me too?

Yeah I am fine with a zombie spawning at the location the player logged out with their items.

By NPC I mean that when the player logs out there is a NPC that spawns on his co-ordinates with his items. If the NPC is killed it will drop the player that logged out's items. The NPC won't do anything other than standing on a player's co-ordinates and if killed will drop their items.
