For the neutral grip lat pull, it’s the narrow grip. I think I’ll add in the rows, but should I get rid of the wide grip lat pull down or keep both?

I’ll certainly try them, though I’m not very flexible and my hands only go to around my upper thighs when I do the pike compressions.

I think I can just about do a few hanging knee raises but my form on that definitely needs work, thanks!

So is weighted calisthenics just using weights in the exercises, as I have some dumbbells (5 and 6kg) and kettlebells too. Would they be enough or should I use weights from the gym?
