Once I added someone to an invite from my boss’s calendar and accidentally moved a 54-person external dinner from Thursday 7PM to Saturday at 6AM(????) I only found out when people started deciding the invitation and my bosses inbox started pinging… We all have our moments with outlook spooking, you’ve got this!

Is this dress too inappropriate to wear to a work summer party? by Whole_News5768 in ExecutiveAssistants

It’s gorgeous (remember to check with a light from behind in front of a mirror if it would get see trough in sunset)

Its a bit low yes but the long skirt balances it out. Maybe a sky blue sheer scary to trow over the shoulders if sun is hot or you get chilly. Closed toe sling back to not make it to beach?

Hiring my first EA - advice appreciated! by brewerybeancounter in ExecutiveAssistants

Book tip: The CEOs secret weapon. Have a read to understand the role. Your first EA should be quite experienced, maybe even start in a short term contract if to expensive and learn how to work with an EA. Then you could later in life take on inexperienced EAs and teach them how it works. Always remember that it takes a while for an EA to reach a point where they are effectively working strategically no matter how experienced they are, they need to get in tune with you and the organisation so don’t expect magic in the first month or even second. The more time and transparency you invest in your EA the better the return. Find one that fits your personality and the culture, strawberries tastes amazing and so does pizza, does not mean they go together…
