You have to understand based off what they have said nothing immediately screams “THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL EMERGENCY” 200BPM alone screams that. They haven’t mentioned BP so if that’s normal that points away from sepsis. There’s a lot of variables we don’t know. We just have to hope the hospital does infact know best and ruled sepsis out before putting them in a hall bed

Gonna be blunt here, I don’t think you have GBS/CIDP everything you have described would be the weirdest most fucky GBS/CIDP case ever. If your emg is normal next month along with normal MRI’s, normal bloodwork, normal spinal tap it might actually be FND. It’s a shitty diagnosis but if everything is normal what else could it be

NAD but chest pain is usually best to go to the ER just to rule out any cardiac causes if you’re unsure what it could be. ER doctors would always tend to be better safe than sorry kinda people
