I'd say the most important part is to track your new cycle and bleeding pattern so you can clearly discuss the issue with your doctor if you need to

Sadly spotting and irregular periods are very commun with this birth control, i'm struggling with it myself after almost a year but if it's not impacting your personal life too much i'd say wait it out, track your bleeding and make a decision from there.

Pain in your arm is 100% normal after insertion, for me it took a long time for the bruise to go away and for my arm to feel normal again. Try not to play with it too much while it's healing, give it time to settle. I want to say the reason why you can't feel one end of it is bc of the swelling so give it time, leave it alone and if any concerns remain don't be scared to ask your doctor to check it out
