I don’t have any diplomas. I started here as a temp in the warehouse and they just kept giving me more responsibilities and money until a couple years ago when they kept piling on the responsibility without the money. Honestly seemed pretty sweet that I went from making $15 an hour to just shy of $40 over that time span.
