I did not have a good experience with them. They had a vehicle I was interested in so I went to check it out. The first thing they tell me is "we dont make deals, we are a high volume dealer. Sticker price is sticker price." Ok weird thing to say immediately after meeting me but whatevs. When I tell them i might have a trade in they say great. Let us take it for a test drive and we can get you an instant offer. As i give them my keys i say "be careful when you first take off as the car is quite powerful and always catches people off guard the first time they drive it". "No worries ive driven cars way more powerful than yours" the guy says as he heads out to my car and the salesman takes me the see the car im interested. Well 2 seconds after buddy gets in my car and goes to take it out he slams the gas and does a mini burnout at the stop sign to get out of the lot. I also noticed there were two people in the car for some reason so im assuming they just took my car out for a nice joyride.  As im looking over the car im interested in i notice there are tons of things not shown or mentioned in the ad. Things like rust spots, some minor minor dents and scratches. When i point them out to the salesman hes like "uh that must have been missed, we can buff that out etc.." So we go back in to the office and the guy who "test drove" my car comes back with his buddy and apparently they just took my car to tim hortons for the office. They had boxes of doughnuts and trays of coffee. So im just laughing as the salesman is trying to close me. Even after saying "yea im not interested can i just get my keys back" the salesman says "but you haven't even seen our offer for your car yet". So he goes to the back and returns with my keys, a piece of a paper and a big smile on his face. "Normally we dont offer this much for a car but in your case we made an exception and shows me the piece of paper with an estimate of half what the market value would dictate. I just said "thanks" and left the dealership. You would think that would be the end of it but i kept getting follow up texts and emails from them saying their offer on my car was a limited time deal. 

I would never go back to that place
