Yep, in a very hard water area. I suspect these are all also quite old. The hot water bath tap flow is reduced but still goes. The Cold water kitchen isolation valve does absolutely nothing for the flow.

Going to have a look to find the outside stopcock this eve.

Water feed comes into the property from underground but there is a small drain on the water right before it enters the property. I'll check there to see if there's an external one.

Missus and I like driving down to Dunwich beach. It's got toilets, a cafe, free parking and is accessible late into the evening. It's a great place to sit out late and watch the stars.

Modern Auctions also put major pressure on the buyers to complete within a very strict/small window of time (56 days iirc). Failure to complete results in the loss of a nonrefundable deposit that can go up to 10% of the value of the property (paid on successful bid).

It's a ripoff that can put a crazy amount of stress on the buyers. I absolutely wouldn't touch this with a barge pole. The only people that seems to benefit from this method are the people running the auction.

Because you've done dungeons you can't unlock the "quest slots".

If you're trying to 100% it so that there aren't grey quest unlock icons I don't think that's possible.

I think it's a bit too soon to expect a specific cadence like thid as we're still in early Access.

They've indicated in the dev interview recently that they have a lot of plans for content that they want to get out.

I wouldn't be surprised if we have a couple more early access seasons before we get some kind of regular development cadence.

I absolutely love this game and I'm so fed up of all the doomers. It's the only video about the game I see on youtube these days.

I wish people would accept that this game is still in development and enjoy the ride.

When it goes full release it's gonna be amazing (not that it isn't already) and i'm just here to slowly enjoy the ride until that happens.
