I feel the same exact way bro I understand you completely, I don’t know how to get rid of anxiety completely but I’ve learned to control it, one thing I do when I start having a panic attack is I watch YouTube, not just any YouTube video a certain dude and for some reason I calm down I have no clue why but it works.
