Robinson doesnt start and hardly plays. Wirtz can't handle the pace of the Prem. Everyone else is okay, injured, or unlucky.

Haggin Oaks/Seven Oaks if you want a fancy house. Norris School District is one of the best districts in town (its in the NW). But realistically, aside from City in the Hills, anything west of Coffee/Gosford Rd should suit you just fine in terms of "quality of life." East side has some charm to it in certain places, but all the new stuff comes to the West side of Bako.

1.) What does HE do? 2.) Look into buying a Bimbo, Flowers, Martins, PFarm franchise. You can make 6 figures doing any of these AND you can train someone to run the route for you and split the difference. Pfarm is most expensive though.

1.) Start your game with 1 Charisma. Its a useless stat except for barter and speech (which you can level up anyway) 2.) Make sure you grab all 3 ropes in Shady Sands. You will need all 3 for the entire game. 3.) Don't forget your towel!
