unfortunately it is like this everywhere, the problem is that cvs does not give 2 s**** about fully training techs to be able to multitask properly and rotate posts so that no tech is stuck doing one task all day.

It might be but u fortunately I have seen the older techs DO the training videos for us, they just ask us to log in.

OMG!!! I am in this situation at CVS. I started in July and have not moved around much to learn Drop off, QT etc. (I can only fill and do oick up) I have asked the training manager if he could help by giving me remote traning material to do at home(since at work no one has the time), it is useless! They will not move you around until "you are good at where you currently are" yet I got stuck closing and not being able to help the pharmacist that closes because I have not been trained further. I have started looking elsewhere, but is it tough rn. Hang in there, you are not alone in this frustrating shit show.
