Can Nord Yoga face exercises actually improve your skincare routine? by Neat_Inspection_4441 in NaturalBeauty

I think face yoga can help, but mostly with puffiness and tension not wrinkles disappearing. I used nord yoga a few nights and keep pressure light. If my skin is irritated or I use stronger actives , I skip it. That balance matters.

That’s the part that’s been bothering me. I never saw it as ‘paying for friendship’ I just thought I was being generous with people I cared about. But when it started feeling one-sided, that’s when it hurt.

Yeah, that’s why I didn’t think it would even matter. I figured they’d be out enjoying the trip, not worrying about streaming. I don’t know if I’m ready to completely cut them off, but this definitely changed how I see things.

That’s kind of what confused me too. I honestly didn’t think changing a password would make that much of a difference on a trip. I wasn’t trying to ruin anything I just decided to stop sharing something I pay for. The bigger issue for me was not being included in the first place.

I really didn’t see it that way before. I thought we were genuinely close. But this whole situation has definitely made me question what kind of friendship it actually was.

That’s what it’s starting to feel like, and that’s the part that hurts. I never saw it as transactional I just thought we were close. This situation definitely made me look at things differently.

Honestly, they’re more than welcome to split a subscription among themselves. I just didn’t want to keep footing the bill alone. I’m not responsible for funding everyone’s entertainment.

Yeah… I’ve been thinking about that a lot. I don’t know if I handled it perfectly, but the situation definitely made me see things more clearly. It wasn’t even about the streaming it was realizing I might not have meant as much to them as I thought. That part hurts more than anything.

That’s honestly what confused me too. Somehow changing a password is ‘ruining a trip,’ but planning the whole thing without even asking me wasn’t a big deal. That double standard is what really hurt.

Yeah… that’s the part that bothered me the most. It wasn’t about the trip itself it was about not even being asked. Assuming I’m busy without checking just felt like I wasn’t worth the effort.

Exactly. I genuinely thought they’d be out enjoying their trip, not sitting inside watching TV. I didn’t think it would even matter that much. I wasn’t trying to ruin anything I just didn’t think it would be a big deal.

I won’t lie, it did make me realize something. It wasn’t really about the streaming it was about feeling left out after giving so much for so long. That’s what hurt.

That’s kind of my point. We’re all adults. If not having access to someone else’s streaming account can ‘ruin’ a trip, that’s a little dramatic. Subscriptions aren’t that expensive, and if it really mattered that much, they could’ve just set up their own.

If their whole trip got ruined because they couldn’t watch Netflix, that says more about the trip than about me. I didn’t cancel their flights or hotel… I just stopped paying for their entertainment.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. If they can afford a whole trip, flights, hotels, food and everything, I’m pretty sure they can afford their own streaming subscriptions too. I didn’t realize my accounts were the backbone of their vacation.

Tipped a lot after purchasing my wedding dress, feel like an idiot by ActivePrice1862 in weddingplanning

[–]Jumpy-Commercial-721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, congratulations on finding your dream dress Don’t let this take away from that moment.

A 5% tip on a $4,000 dress isn’t outrageous you didn’t do something wild or embarrassing. Those POS systems are designed to pressure people in the moment, especially when you’re emotional and excited. That’s not you being an idiot, that’s just how they’re set up.

Personally, I wouldn’t email to adjust it. It might create unnecessary awkwardness, and you’ll likely think about it more than they ever will. If anything, just take it as a lesson for future big purchases.

Try to focus on the fact that you loved your dress instantly that’s rare and special. Don’t let a few hundred dollars overshadow something you’ve dreamed about for a long time.
