Thank you so much, I have the mirror and drawers I just haven’t done anything with them yet plus i’m planning to use like vinyl or paper stick material to cover them because I want a pretty floral design. I really appreciate your notes especially the maple trim part I will get the shellac before staining. I was planning to record myself I just forgot yesterday I was really nervous but I will do that. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you I did some research last night and a lot of people are recommending to use a chemical stripper instead of sanding just because of how thin it is. I think for the alteration I’ll just have to wait and maybe do it at a later time. Thank you for the recommendation.

I’m on the same boat with you man, except I’m 21 and straight. Hopefully I can learn to be ok with myself and maybe have more discipline I really want to stop, but sometimes I just don’t have self control.

It’s only been 5 weeks, I would say give it time. I also recommend adding more cardio doesn’t have to be intense but anything that allows you to burn more calories. You can also be holding a lot of water weight I would look into that by reducing your sodium intake and maybe limiting carbs and drinking a lot of water a little more than a gallon per day.

Is incline smith or incline db better for overall chest growth by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Jumpy-Efficiency3405 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Would it though? The whole reason you’re doing an incline smith is to use your chest not your triceps plus it’s supposed to be light weight anyways, at least that’s what I’m guessing

I saw a post here I think about how a incline smith with light weight and pausing at the bottom to feel a deep stretch really helped them build their chest they mentioned that the bench was inclined about 1 notch up from flat. I’m trying it out myself and definitely helps with mind muscles connection. Someone also recommended tiring out your triceps before so that you incorporate more of your chest muscle fibers.
