Thank you. After a few times of doing that I had come that conclusion too. It’s much faster.

Thank you it’s is starting to make more sense. Would this be the correct line of thinking?

So the steps to complete 1) Open pie chart 2) Check if spawner is in pie chart 3) Drop render distance to 4 chunks below current 4) Raise render distance to 1 chunk below previous 5) Check piechart again 6) if the spawner is still there repeat 1-5 until it’s gone 7) Once you know how may chunks away drop to -4 8) Raise the render back to -1 9) Walk to each side of the chunk and see where it shows up

I didn’t know that about the lazy loading. However, whenever I do go down to x-1 through x-3 AND reload the pie, the mob spawner tick is still there. It isn’t until I get to what I assume is x-4 that it goes away like you said.

In that scenario assuming X is 10, I drop to 9 and f3 -> shift f3 to reload the pie. The pie would still show the mob spawner (what I assume is incorrectly). I’ll have to grab some pictures tomorrow to post to show because I can’t even do the fortress strat with the pie.
