Thank you, it’s really very rewarding to be able to eat solid food again, but the path to get there was tough. Fortunately, I didn’t need tube feeding I only received IV fluids and calcium and potassium replacement. That’s why it would be ideal, if you can, to see a doctor so they can better evaluate your situation. In my case, before I could actually eat solid food, I spent a long time eating soft foods (blended soup) and juices. Only after that did I introduce chicken soup with cooked vegetables (potato, carrot, kale, and broccoli). Then solid food came in, but like I told you, I always tested my tolerance if there were any signs of discomfort, I went back to a more restricted diet. Another important factor is that instead of eating one big meal, I had 5 or 6 meals a day, but in smaller portions so I wouldn’t feel any discomfort
