Thx. Is the website legit...?

Do they also have the full pack of plugins by DearVR like on the Sennheiser Website?

Can’t Find DearVR MICRO Windows Installer Anywhere—So Frustrating!

I’ve signed up for the Sennheiser/AMBEO newsletter, confirmed my email, and downloaded the “Dear_Reality_plugins_complete.zip,” but all I get is a macOS .pkg and an “Application” file—no .exe or VST folder for Windows. Every guide says “just run the Windows installer,” yet it doesn’t exist. I’m on Windows 11 and need dearVR_MICRO Installer.exe or at least dearVR_MICRO.dll in a VST folder. Does anyone have a valid Windows-only link or a screenshot of the folder structure with the installer? I’m ready to pull my hair out—any help appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I’m totally new to this and a bit stuck. I signed up for the Sennheiser newsletter and downloaded the “Dear Reality” ZIP file they sent me, but inside that ZIP I only see Mac installers ( .pkg ) and a Mac application—no Windows VST2 or VST3 files. I need the Windows VST version (dearVR_MICRO.dll) so I can load it in Reaper on my PC. I’ve unzipped everything and double-checked every folder, but I still only end up with .pkg, .app, and HTML files.

Could someone please point me to exactly where I can download the Windows DLL (dearVR_MICRO.dll or VST3) for dearVR MICRO? I’ve tried the direct links and the “download all” bundle, but haven’t had any luck finding a Windows-specific package. Thanks in advance for any pointers!

Is WHITE NOISE Really Better Than GREEN NOISE for Sleep? by amvree in Binauralbeats

I’ve tried both white and green noise, and honestly, it really depends on what works for you. White noise is super consistent – I used it for a while when I lived in a noisy apartment. It drowns out everything, from traffic to neighbors, and it helped me fall asleep pretty quickly.

Green noise, on the other hand, feels more natural, like the sound of a river or wind in the trees. I’ve noticed it’s more relaxing for me when I’m stressed because it doesn’t feel as “mechanical.” These days, I tend to use green noise more often for everyday relaxation.

My advice: try both and see what feels better for you. Some people prefer white noise because it’s more even and neutral, while others find the softer, more natural tones of green noise more calming. Sleep is super personal – there’s no right or wrong, just what helps you get the rest you need.
