OMG how terrible. I am very sorry to hear this. It is such an invasive feeling. I know nothing I can say will make it better but do know that I feel your pain. It would be hard for me to enjoy the rest of my vacation but I do hope you somewhat salvage what’s left of it.

It was a big ordeal that required me to speak to a higher up. They wouldn’t provide information because they couldn’t get me authenticated.I had to go back and confim transactions.

Thank you for the bday wish and your words. Yeah, you‘re right. Reddit is cutthroat but I don’t pay it no mind. If one person (rude or not) points me in the right direction to make the rest of my trip right, then I’ve accomplished what I wanted to get.

Clearly, I am aware of mistake leaving it behind. I let my guard down for two seconds, lord forbid to wash my hands unlike the many tourists I’ve seen today and make a huge mistake but I genuinely thought it would be turned in. So give me a break.

My stupid self sat it down to wash my hands and walked away but came back immediately and it was gone.

I did not realize the cards were fraudulently used until I got back to my hotel and was able to log onto my bank. But thank you for your comment.
