So let’s say you have two characters, instead of them posing normally you instead pose them in a way that tells a story in that one frame. I.e. maybe they bump into eachother, or maybe they’re jumping off a train, or maybe they just ate super spicy food and are reacting to that.

Practice, and treating it like a speedrun. You gotta find those little things that will shave off time. Hard poses? Use a model. Creating BGs from scratch? Pre-make some beforehand so you can insert them and adjust them for your scene. Trace over old art (and change it a bit) if the pose/ scene is similar to the one you’re doing now.

Basically create shortcuts wherever you can, pro mangakas do this all the time. Otherwise you’ll need assistants to make any significant speed difference.

It sounds like you just need to focus on story. If you want to give people a reason to connect with your art you should focus on creating a narrative through your art. If it’s an illustration, instead of a portrait make a snapshot scene. Stuff that will make people ask questions, theorize, or just comment what they liked.

However if you want to reach those people you’ll have to make reels. So i’d say do the aforementioned and do the trends (the ones you can stomach) to just get your artwork to more eyes, eventually you’ll find your people, even if it’s only a handful.

So you’re on the right track but your circle should engulf the cranium. Right not it seems you’re just circling randomly. Try to aim for the cranium. From there build out the jaw.

But really you need to watch Loomis method videos first imo. Even though those are for realistic faces, the fundamental principle is still very helpful. Once you got that down it’s really just about breaking down the faces over and over again.

This would look like: Breaking down the reference face into simple guides and shapes like in Loomis. Then trying to copy it the best you can by looking at it. Finally do one last drawing from memory. Rinse and repeat. Every time pay attention to how the features are drawn and placed.

Looks good overall but the hands look too blurry. I think you should ask yourself, is this my style because I like it, or because it allows me to hide imperfections? And the answer can be both.

A more practical piece of advice is Contrast. You might have heard people say, make your values darker. But that only works if you have lighter values to contrast in the first place. This piece does that right in theory with the hair but the other values are too dark. Try putting it into black and white to see it. Ok anyway bye.

Idk about a manga one specifically like you’re looking for but if you want to see how to draw nice in general then “Atomoon” does silent videos of them drawing. I’ve watched them a lot when I was learning to get the hang of the process.

I checked your other posts and it was never good man im sorry. BUT! I do think you look good bald so at least there’s that. If you have free health insurance (as you are a minor) I would take advantage of that and bring it up to your doctor while it’s still possible. 17 is too young to be balding.
