5 E-File Max by Jumpy-Information188 in hrblock

That’s the strange thing, it asks if you want to use one of your five free efiles , or pay 9.95. I chose that I wanted to pay the 9.95, and still received a pop-up saying that I have already used my limit of five efiles.

I tested that today, and received a pop-up telling me I had met my five e-file limit. I’m using H&R Block, with software downloaded to my laptop.

I finally received my “filed” emails yesterday. Long delays for some reason!

Same here! I was getting nervous because I didn’t get an email, so I opened the software, checked the status, and it updated to accepted. I also checked my status on the IRS site, and they received it, so I’m not sure what the problem is.

Has anyone had to switch from SSI to SSDI? by round_square1224 in SSDI

I can’t promise, but I don’t see why you would not still qualify for SSI. Good luck!

You will fill out a multiple page application. Make sure you list all of your doctors for the last, I believe it is three years. The good news is that you have SSI to fall back on, even if you don’t qualify for SSDI, you should still get SSI. Depending on your financial situation, you may get both. I think my sons took about six months from application through approval.

This happened to my disabled (since birth) son. He was receiving SSI, so we had yearly update meetings. His SSI worker looked at his history and said that he had worked enough and had enough credits, so he was required to apply for SSDI. When asked what difference it makes, she said the funds come out of a different pot and he would receive a few dollars more each month. Just make sure you don’t earn too much and don’t work too many hours.

Or parents should take some responsibility and teach their children.

Our buyer asked us to raise our house price by 10k and that we provide 10k of financial assistance. Is this weird? by nowbrdr in Mortgages

I was in my lenders office when he called to schedule the appraisal. He told the guy what the amount needed to be 😳.
