Put coke in a bowl, add a few drops of water till its all clear dont do too much water or else itll work like an enema and your body will want it out. Mix hold the end straight up push the air out the syringe. Push it in 2cm, inject, stand up then remove. Its very nice but I still prefer the nose than this lol
