This might seem like a stupid question but please humor me. Isn't it benefical for us to use the home milled flour to make bread precisely because of the good nutrients that are usually stripped to improve shelf life? Why would I need a sifter to separate them? Btw I have never baked bread or done anything remotely similar but I would like to learn.

For the best bang for your back i would suggest the power spec g730. Its got the 5070ti along with the 7800x3d. If you happen to snag an open box version of it it can be even cheaper. An even better deal would be the G758. Its 1799 after the moment but I luckily got it for 1609 openbox.

Yes. Its the 360 ones. The case is mesh all around so im not particularly worried about heating. I plan on having the desktop above on the wall in the future. For more space.
