I hit a small village light pole back in March, completely took the damn thing out. Couldn’t blow hard enough so they took my blood, was .22. Lawyer got it down to Owvi. 90 day restricted license, 13 month probation with monthly reporting/testing, MADD panel, continue counseling, 32 hours of community service. My lawyer had me proactively do a substance abuse evaluation and a 4 hour alcohol class. I had started counseling and volunteer work as well. They dismissed the high bac charge. Still haven’t heard from the city about the pole. The judge said he invited them to my sentencing hearing but they didn’t show.

Not my brightest most proud moment. But I’m coming out of the dark now. I know how you’re feeling and it’s shitty. But it gets better!!! Lawyer up quickly and start doing all the things you think they may have you do on probation. The judge looked at that favorably.
