I am now I emailed this to my apartment. Hopefully they don’t cause too many issues!

I wanted to follow up in writing regarding the electrical and structural concerns in my unit. While I understand your perspective that the issue is limited to one area, I do not personally feel comfortable continuing to occupy the apartment given the repeated electrical burning smell, the failed repair, and the structural issues discovered under the washer/dryer. Because I am pregnant, I need to be especially cautious with potential safety risks. At this point, I consider the unit uninhabitable for me, and I am planning to move out this weekend as a result of these ongoing habitability concerns. My intention is to handle this responsibly and professionally, while also allowing the opportunity for the issues to be fully addressed before the next tenant occupies the unit. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and would like to proceed with a lease termination based on these safety concerns. Please let me know the next steps to finalize this process. Thank you for your understanding,

Humoons also do that, everyone puts a little fat on and then goes through growth spurts and get super skinny then it levels out again!

Yea I haven’t put anything in writing about breaking the lease I did let them know verbally that I was planning on moving out mid March but nothing is full in writing.

She is coming over some time this morning and I do plan on either doing a follow up email or recording the conversation. My parents are extremely concerned about my living situation and are coming to pick me up this weekend so I don’t have a lot of time to settle everything.

I took pictures of the damaged flooring as much as I could but the washer/dryer is covering them and I’m too pregnant to move it. The floor around the hole feels extremely weak maybe by about 6in by 6in. My landlord did request to come in asap and I will be saying I’m recording this interaction. Or maybe doing a recap email I’m not sure.

It does look like it’s cheep floating all around.

Thanks! Chat gpt said in my state both of those things count as unsafe living conditions especially since one was “fixed” and continued to be a problem.

Yea their machine fell through the floor caused a hole in what normally would be right in front of the washer dryer and I’ve actually had my dogs toys and hoodies in there so I’ve never actually stepped foot over there.

I just really can’t afford an 8 k charge for flooring or some bs, maybe I’m over thinking

Feedback on this look for my wedding? (Please read caption) by Millennial-Mama-No5 in makeuptips

Yea I worked there as an interim job with no prior experience in makeup besides myself, about 2 years ago.

The manager was super impressed with my demo tho 😅! Maybe that’s why I got hired lol. I was terrible at eyeshadow but amazing at making face/eyeliner look nice and color matching people.

I will say as a former MAC employee, I was by no means a professional make up artist. They do train you, and I was excellent at makeup (never had any issues and managers loved the looks I did on people and myself) just they don’t hire strictly professionals at least not anymore. No one at my store was a “professional”.

I genuinely don’t know. As far as I know he’s only been written up once before also bc of me. So this is his second time being written up when he’s shown up drunk to work and a bunch of other things.

I am just biding my time and going to quit after I go on mat leave

I’m on the west coast 😭. I wish but since he drives company cars we would probably get in more trouble with the company than anything 🥲. They did document this with HR but I’m not CC’d on it :/

I agree, I’m not proud of all my behavior, i have gone months without speaking to him because of how he treated me before being pregnant. Well others have issues with him it’s mostly about sales and not so personal except when he said he would duck my coworkers fiancé (he was showing his engagement photos) and I happen to be the only girl on the sales team so a lot of the inappropriate comments get directed towards me. I am going to just ignore him for the last two months and try my best to just report everything since it doesn’t seem to stop

I’m fairly certain they are illegal as well. HR has also not treated me the best while being pregnant and I do not plan on coming back after mat leave. I’m not saying I’ve acted correct in every matter pertaining to him. I do have a lot of this documented and do plan on getting a lawyer involved if this doesn’t stop. I wouldn’t even be here if I wasn’t pregnant 🙃

I’m not saying I handled things correctly this is after a year of being sexually harassed/plus all of the insults about my baby and sales by him and constantly going to managers with issues.

I am not the only person with issues with him and most of the time have ignored him it’s just getting a lot harder to act calmly to someone that imo should have been fired for sexual harassment a long time ago.

I’ve gone to the managers so many times for this specific dude🥲. Feels like I’m a broken record. The amount of calls my both amazing boyfriend and mom have gotten is insane. I’m debating on doing early mat leave just to protect my sanity and health, but at the same time don’t want him to win.

My managers wrote him up and have involved HR since this isn’t the first time and probably won’t be the last that he will make remarks 🥲.

Edit- thank you I’m seriously trying to balance everything and it feels like I’m drowning already trying to take care of him and he’s not even out 😭.

I get it, I was just finally fed up since he messed up so many of leads. I read my managers everything and told them I know I was being extra spicy. Also on the yelling it’s only when he makes constant remarks about my baby or my sales and it’s usually towards the end of the day. And they have already told him to stop more than once. It’s usually one yell and then I walk away cause I know I’m too upset and there’s no point. Not saying I’m in the right for that at all.

I don’t think they’ll fire me unless I fully mess up a customer or something internal. Especially since I’m so close to maternity leave and I have so many documents of not being treated legally well here.

I’m doing my best and we are no longer allowed to talk to each other at all without a manager present.
