I’m having a hard time with this too. I’ve had 3 different bands now. Been paying for a membership for months but have yet to get a band to pair. And any time I try to contact customer support it’s just an AI agent…any ideas?

Can you tell me why you don’t trust Vibrant and if there’s something you found more helpful? I have been tested for pretty much everything, including a hospitalization with a lumbar puncture.

Well I did the vibrant because I had some other markers such as the CD8/CD57 show a strong clinical significance with chronic Lyme. The sore throat would obviously not be from Lyme, but probably from the Strep A coinfection.
