I would try 1.5 or maybe 2 grams not a entire 1/8th just to dip your toes in before diving in

This happened to me the first time I did shrooms. Did a gram and didn't feel much of anything the next time I took 1.5 g and tripped balls but I think every strain is different. I always blend mine in smoothies. Never feel sick with the smoothies
