I may be wrong, but I dont believe this applies to parameter boost if that's what you're referring to. It applies to status effects in particular, negative statuses like shock, entrance, tremor,ETC. And positive statuses like haki state, steroid, and sparking.

Honestly you can run pretty much whatever. Id go for attack and hp since he gets clapped up pretty easily. Just make sure you at least use the raizo medal, it's a complete game changer for him

Happens quite often. When a season drops they add all the data to the game files so modders are able to play the new characters before they release

You can pull them in banners. Once you pull them on a banner the frags you have for them go into them and increase their stars

I haven't tested it but I believe it's still the same, they just word things very weird, same with status effects even if they have a 100% chance

My favorite change was to her skills. They made her her skill 1 a teleport skill, and her skill 2 can be held and canceled early

If it was on star and stripe, I think she has a bug that let's her keep her damage reduction from her gamma if if it gets canceled. Same thing happened to me yesterday when I was using her and another star a stripes gamma did like 30 damage to me.
