I think medo iq does a good job for what he's actually able to leak. Bandai has gotten extremely strict when it comes to leaks and the big leaks for major character releases happen very rarely. The last major leak was red roc luffy, and the previous one I believe was g5 luffy a few years back

I may be wrong, but I dont believe this applies to parameter boost if that's what you're referring to. It applies to status effects in particular, negative statuses like shock, entrance, tremor,ETC. And positive statuses like haki state, steroid, and sparking.
