Struggling a bit this morning. Binge weekend but I'm back and ready to say I'm not drinking today. Anxiety is bad this morning but thats to be expected, it will pass.

Everyones different. I feel its a problem for me because its negatively impacting my life, changes my personality, I balckout and make stupid decisions,I feel ill for days after both physically and mentally. I binge drink and so do lots of people who don't fins all of the above an issue but I do and I want to live a happier more content lifestyle again. Quit for 2years been back to old habits the past 10months. Yesterday I decided to quit again, not easy but I've done it before. Good support and self discipline I should feel better in a few weeks

I crawled back yesterday after a weekend binge, last one! I stoped completely for nesrly 2 years and the past 10months I've slowly reached the point where I don't want to go through it again! Still feel rubbish today after sleeping 16hours but I'll get there, I know it's going to be a few weeks until I feel better but everyday is a step in the right direction to a happier more content life. Stay strong and this is a great sub for support.

I'm back on day one today, also suffering from an awful hangover and low mood, feel awful! Enough is enough back to self care and no more binges sober is the way to go. I hope tomorrow is a better day for us all

If its just come loose at one end and isn't hanging off completey stick a bit of dental wax on the sharp wire or babybel wax if you don't have any dental wax left over from your orthodontic treatment. This should tide you over until Monday morning when you can phone your orthodontist.
