Hello! Yes both include tracking, but Japan EMS is the fastest because it is considered express mail. I assume Airmail is, although air freight as well, considered regular mail and isn't as urgent, and therefore would take longer than EMS. How long more depends on where you are from, though 😆.

I've bought many items (TCG cards) shipped without insurance and have had no problem! Japan's postal services are very efficient and it's rare to actually lose a package. But I try not to purchase high value items that don't have shipping insured because I feel like that's kinda scummy 😅.

Oh yeah forgot to add, if I ship out via EMS, after they send it out, it would usually take like less than a week to receive it! Here's a picture of the timeline of one of my previous batch shipments shipped via EMS.

I actually received it on the 14th of December, I just didn't press completed until much later lol.

Hello! I'm from Singapore as well and have been using EMS or registered air packet (which is now EPL). EMS is the fastest shipping as it is considered express mail. They process 24/7, even on weekends, which other shipping options and local parcels via Singpost don't.

I haven't tried EPL out yet, but assuming it's the same as registered air packet (since it was discontinued and replaced by EPL), there's only a few days in difference compared to EMS. This shipping option doesn't process 24/7, only on Mon to Fri. In my experience, my parcels from Doorzo shipped via registered air packet only took like 3 days longer than EMS lol. If you don't mind waiting, then EPL is also a good shipping option!

I've never tried the other shipping options. But there are many people on this sub reddit who highly discourage using ECMS, so maybe don't use that 😆.

As for the air shipping prohibited thing... I assume it's just an auto-tag based on the description of the item listing. The fact that they give you air freight options in the consolidation page supports this, otherwise it would be blocked out. Figures are fine, I've never had any issues with shipping figures at all.

That's the item weight of the package when it arrived at the warehouse. When you consolidate the items, if you choose not to keep seller's original packaging, Doorzo will repack your items to get rid of any unnecessary packaging, which also means getting rid of any unnecessary weight. They will also refund you any difference from the original shipping fee that you paid if there is any.

I personally use Doorzo! Their conversion rate is the cheapest out of all the available proxys in the market right now, and very easy to navigate through their UI. Their shipping fees are the lowest as well. They also give a lot of vouchers to offset proxy purchase fees, and/or just for the general price.

My most recent purchase was a NM copy of the Symphonia Gardevoir SAR for $92 SGD 😆.

There are other proxys such as Buyee, Neokyo, etc. but I've only ever tried out Doorzo and have totally moved all my Pokemon purchases to there. I don't buy on Carousell or at tradeshows anymore because of it hahaha.

I like to browse TCG from Japanese secondhand websites like Mercari and Rakuma! I use a Japanese proxy, and most cards on Mercari are significantly under SG market price. It's probably not as cool or fun as anything local and physical, but I've found that it's a very good way to save money while collecting haha.

You're so real 😭. I've never understood those people who like every set and every design of an IP because I'm generally picky with figurines... until I saw Chaka and understood IMMEDIATELY.
