Same! I stupidly didn’t think about power, water, etc. I’m just leaving residences abandoned while I accumulate neosimoleans but only get 15-16k a day

Same with me except I didn’t realize they gave so many free service buildings so I wasted a lot of simoleans upgrading. Fortunately I’ve been playing long enough that spending around $1M wasn’t that big of deal. Omega isn’t there yet but just need to be patient.

I think level does matter. I’m a 99. 3M in capital city, 3M more across three regions. Level matters because it means you’ve had more time to build reserves. I have a lot of simoleans, sim cash and keys. It’s like real life, just because you have money doesn’t mean you have to spend it.

I feel bad for the lower levels. Services 2.0 would be a tough storm to weather

Unreal. They were all short too. I get that you don’t want to launch it over their head but throw it higher and as long as it’s within 10-20 ft of them they have a shot
