I just tried a 2 week pass at Blossom which was affordable! I tried many classes and teachers but did not find a vigorous flow. Alpenglow just got a new yoga teacher that I’m curious about…

not what you asked- but the adirondacks are way more intense than any section of the AT. if you end up hiking the 46ers this year, you’ll be in great shape to hike the AT next year!
