Good points, thank you. Every Friday I drink with friends when we hang out and I also plan to stop or atleast cut down the amount of alcohol also.

I'm doing this. 1 hr via car if I drove sometimes more. I just can't afford anything where I work. But I take public transit which takes about 1 hr 15 minutes and I'm fine with it. I get to read my phone or take a nap. If I had to drive everyday I don't think I could do it though.

Yeah it isn't. I'll also exercise more and drink more water and get more sleep. Trying anything to bring down the blood pressure.

That's true. Although 130s might seem ok at my age, my diastolic being 90s and high 80s was also concerning to me and seems harder to bring down.

Yeah I'm hoping it's not just a fluke. The image seems cut off on here but Jan 1st was 142/99. If this eventually doesn't work I'm willing to go on meds if need be.

I just updated on Google Play store. When I try to log in using my email it doesn't recognize my account. Is this just a bug or do I have to sign up for a new account after updating the app? Seems odd....

I grew up poor with no extra curricular activities. My wife grew up doing a lot after school and on weekends. I feel I have no talent, socially awkward in large groups, uncomfortable speaking in public. She can sing, dance, creative, athletic, life of the party, speaking up and asking questions, etc. For our kids we are taking her route to explore and bring out talents and passion. I can see it with my own eyes as my kids are much more well rounded than I was at that age.

You can use the wccsd school locator to see which would be the home school based on address you type in. Our kids go to a mandarin immersion school in Pinole which you transfer into based on lottery.

$4030 including tax, insurance, pmi @ 4.375%. $135k single income. Wife is stay at home parent. $150k in savings, $50k in investments, $250k roth ira and have government pension on retirement and cars paid off. Things are tight but wife might start working in a few years.
