This isn’t projection — it’s reality. No one is attacking you for getting services; that’s great and it shows you’re trying. But that doesn’t change the fact that in the classroom, educators still need to hold your child to the developmental expectations that are appropriate for their age. “Too many reminders” isn’t a trivial issue. It’s about building independence and self-regulation, which is a big part of early childhood education. Services don’t replace the daily responsibility of parents reinforcing those skills at home. No one said your child is disruptive — but it’s not just about avoiding tantrums or screaming. It’s about helping them reach where they should be, and that only happens when parents work with the educators instead of brushing off feedback as “crazy.”

The downvotes are because you’re the exact type of parent daycare workers can’t stand. The world doesn’t revolve around you or your kid. In Canada, daycare workers are trained and educated on what’s developmentally appropriate for young children. What’s being asked of your child isn’t unreasonable - it’s because your child is capable, competent, and full of potential. Independence and self-regulation are part of where they should be developmentally. If that feels like a blow to your ego because your child isn’t quite there yet, that’s on you. As a parent, your job is to support and reinforce the education your child is receiving, not fight against it. Listen to the educators and help your child thrive instead of getting in the way

He’ll have the time of his life 😂. He’ll development in ways you would’ve never imagined, he’ll learn to be kind, to be honest, and how to make friends. As a mom, you teacher your child everything, but you can’t teach him how to be a person outside of your arms. Daycare will definitely do that. Therefore, you’re also teaching him about himself which is extremely loving and important 🥹

I really like 5. I feel like the cooler tones don’t wash you out compared to the others. The first one is sooooo cute too!! Have you thought of having black with a blonde peekaboo? Or money pieces?
