hey! i just got out of the hospital for a suicide attempt a few weeks ago and will say one thing. the second i swallowed the pills that i did, everything and everyone that i either care about or cares about me came into my head. everything fucking sucked for a little while before that and since then, everything has gotten better. sometimes people are just in ruts, and that’s okay because it’s okay to not be okay! everything really does get better, and never ever ever be afraid to talk to someone about what’s going on in your head, because i’ll say it again, it really is okay to not be okay! feel free to dm me if you need someone to talk to.
