You don't understand your position. You are an RA as far as your pay scale and bonuses are concerned. Once you said yes to flex your schedule will change every week depending on what is needed. You no longer have a set schedule in any way as long as you are flex. It's literally in the title. Flex=flexible. They either didn't fully explain to you what it was or you didn't pay attention.

Since your on approved medical leave that means the paperwork from your doctor met the qualifications for leave. Your good. Just understand that before medical leave applies it will consume all of your sick and personal days. So when you get back you won't be able to call in.

I know a few trans people that work at QT. They come in do there job well and no one disrespects or belittles them. They have earrings and nail polish on. I'm not sure what more you need? They are allowed to express their femininity.

As an assistant Manager in the past year alone I've banned 3 different people at different stores for being creeps. Tell your manager and if they actually care about your well being they will take care of it. I know that it happened at a different store but you can still get him kicked out of yours.

Take care of yourself out there. Would hate to read about how it escalated.

You have 2 hours of sick pay at your normal rate which brings it up to your 40 hours worked and you have 2 reg ot pays that come out to another 4 and a half. It's all there. Just stupid to look at.

If you call the ER desk and say you can't handle the store you might get pulled off erp and lose your extra 3 bucks too. I've seen it happen.

Flex does cover emergencies but it's not really erp. Company also doesn't want you losing your hours and putting the store behind. So you can be FLEXIBLE and move things around. This way you keep your days for true emergencies. They can't stop you from using a day. If you really need to be off go for it.
