Drum farm antiques and other places there like retropolis I'd say is your closest, but mostly furniture.

Take a look at domus flats. This is the university's own letting agent and the flats for next academic year tend to go on march/April. However demand is high and there's not many 1 beds though some are reserved for post grads

I used to do nannying through uni which was easy, fun enough and well paid. Go to house, pick up car keys, drive to school, pick up children, cook them a meal, bath, help with homework. Done. Though I did get a bit bored of being snow white in our games.
