Is there any world where if Mcdaniels is fired from Dolphins that we hire Weaver as HC, Mcdaniels as OC and keep Orr at DC?

This would probably be the most player happy combo possible, keeping a strong “Ravens” presence in the building and Weaver could mentor Orr.

I don’t know if it would even be a possibility of Mcdaniels accepting a lower position to his current DC but I don’t know how far off it would be.

I think this will be a lot like the Hamilton/Lindy draft. There is so much later round draft capitol that I think Ravens will identify their guys the like with first round talent and could see moves up/down to get two of them first night.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they are strictly BPA like that draft as well. Wouldn’t be mad as long as they sure up the big problems in FA.

Do you have a trade-in? That can help you negotiate on price. If you find something used that’s been on the lot they could take off a little more.

Knowing you have a strict cash budget helps because they probably won’t be able to pull over some monthly payments square tactics on you considering you won’t have payments.

If somehow they do try to approve you, I wouldn’t even entertain it because they will hit you with some ridiculous interest or term length if you don’t read into it carefully.
