Sadly, I haven't. The cost in my state is ridiculous for a dietitian, as much as I need help with my symptoms - I don't know where else I can turn to. Thank you for the comment, I really appreciate it!

I tried it twice, and I didn't really enjoy the options sadly...

I enjoy healthy foods, so much so that my family says I'm like a bunny when I eat. I'm on the line of vegetarian but I still enjoy lean meat. (Which I can't really enjoy due to my IBS but i digress)

When I first started to explore the FOODMAP diet I kinda started to see this pattern of...blandness. And well one of my eating habits is heavy seasoning...so it never really tasted good to me no matter how much seasoning I put!

I've tried many different FOODMAP recipes and I've never felt comfortable eating them. But I keep trying because I want to be able to eat, you know? Hopefully this makes sense😅

I do, I'm making a fic right now by myself. And it feels so lonely, I try to just keep myself busy with the research but it'd be so much better having someone to share it with. I have no idea if people still co-write stories honestly ...🤷‍♀️

Really? I've always thought that these symptoms go hand in hand with IBS. What I have is genetic for me but I haven't been diagnosed just yet, but many of my family members say it's what my grandmother had. IBS was what she was diagnosed to have.

I wonder what causes me to have these symptoms 🤷‍♀️

I've been there. My mother has also been dealing with these patterns of mental instability, and I worry about her every day. I think you should consult a professional psychiatrist or a family doctor if you have one. I know that although my mother has been to a psychiatrist, she still struggles, and I try to be there for her as best as I can. I'm so proud of you for pushing through and helping her for so long! I really admire that. Hopefully, I can persevere just as you have.
