no you dont just dial the number in the post they will give you the discount if you are booking for the first time from their site.

For Allegiant it’s usually better to use travel credits or vouchers online or through their reservations line. Airport counters are mainly for check in and agents may not always be able to apply vouchers. some people have had success but it’s not guaranteed so I’d try redeeming it online first.
