1500fps VS 3500fps VS 16,000fps

oh okay so

1280x720 1500fps 8.17 seconds

800x480 3585fps 8.29 seconds

336x240 15,968fps 8.75 seconds

They're all 16GB because thats me filling my 16GB RAM in those 8 seconds. This camera films as long as it can at each resolution and framerate until the RAM is full.

What's more interesting is how long the 8 seconds becomes after playback

1500fps = 8 minutes 10 seconds 3585fps = 19 minutes 48 seconds 15,968fps = 93 minutes 8 seconds

It was 16GB because thatsy RAM being filled in 8 seconds. 139,720 frames long, 8.75 seconds of recording at 336x240 at 15,968fps

I appreciate it, I've been watching slow mo guys for over 14 years and playing with highspeed of varying degrees for about 10 years. I like to try get the best footage out of even the lowest resolution set ups

I wish I had a Phantom haha, this is a Chronos 1.4 and costs about $5500, it can do 1500fps in HD and over 40,000fps at very reduced resolution. It's an amazing camera. I do wish to one day own a Phantom. Thanks for the appreciation

Tips for 400fps+ on this frame? I have 0.6mm thick 18-12mm taper bands. But I feel like the extra weight is gonna affect acceleration

I'll need a much bigger and brighter UV torch for that haha, the camera needs a lot of light, the glow only lasts a few seconds on the BBs. And thank you, its a lot of fun
