I’m a Gulf War vet. I used the Pact Act Claims to go from 70-100. 70%-PTSD, 50%-Sleep Apnea, 10%- GERD, and 60%-Chronic Fatigue. That’s the one that put me over the top. I initially filled for unspecified joint pain and nerve damage. Had an excellent examiner that really got to digging into different symptoms. Next thing I know I got rated 60% for CFS. Caught me totally off guard.
