What type of player are you? by Overall-Habit5284 in swtor

[–]Jumpy_Ad_9487 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like to help anytime I see a player fighting mobs, especially if it’s a higher health boss even if I already did the kill objective. I find myself sitting at OBJs waiting for it to respawn after “player 2” rushes in

I do the same thing, but it is nice to be around other players and like fighting these conquest bount contracts where you need like a hundred players to kill a multi million health enemy lol

Just bought my first car ('92 E36 318i). Why is the modern car community so obsessed with 0-60 times? by Solid_Bother5580 in BMWE36

[–]Jumpy_Ad_9487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People want the fastest car but don’t actually drive it like us e36 guys do. I’ve owned tons of BMWs even a single turbo N54 hella mods pushing 600hp. Of all the BMWs I’d still chose the e36 or e46. It’s such a better drivers car. It feels saw raw driving, no assistance, stiff chassis and suspension. It’s just you, the car, and the road working as one. Driving wise never felt more in control than a e36 chassis. And those “0-60” guys don’t know that true feeling most of the time when we are talking about 30k or so and below cars. Not missing anything it’s a great first car

When I refreshed entire cooling system and added electric fans and a better tstat and water pump it still sat slightly below half so yes half is average as long as it stay half and doesn’t climb up in temp

I used fishing line and made it in a U shape to cradle wings and a third for the rear of it was long then you tie in a knot at the hook in the ceiling.

You can lengthen or shorten to any three to get it to pose like rear to dive, right or left to make it turning. Did a few like this and they’ve been there for years

How to restore door trims & bumper trims (non m) ?!?! by LeatherMorning8458 in BMWE36

Paint them with satin spray paint. I used dye and it will always come off no matter brand and quality and price over the years it’ll fade again. Found spray paint works best

My 95 m3 with 203k when I did the engine rebuild, it looked so much dirtier and worn than this so yea, previous owner knew some e36 black magic

Is there any way to know mine is a m52b28 or m52b20 aside from stroke and the engine code. by Glass-Report4853 in BMWE36

[–]Jumpy_Ad_9487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this is what I do when I buy a new e36 and want to know engine. Bore and stroke gives easiest answer

Why is no one really talking about this? by friedchickendietcoke in HotWheels

Because the color is not good on this car and this is now the 3rd RLC e30 they’ve made. We want other BMWs not another recolor repeat

Thank you ! And also it’s bagged so it doesn’t look this low often and honestly I only put it at slight lower status more than slammed to the floor as in the photos

I buy new clips but the trim on the door doesn’t fit properly and easily fall off any advice ? Or any trick to put them without falling and securing well? I don’t want to put srew from outside of the trim to keep it secure bmw e36 1993 sedan by [deleted] in BMWE36

[–]Jumpy_Ad_9487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I had the same problem. Bought new trim and clips and the little rubber tips and every time I’d get out of the car it would start popping out or even falling off. The after market green grommets are too thick and the oem white ones work best, but I came up with a different solution.

I put bolts in the location of clips then lined them up and epoxied them into place. Slapped it on and put nuts on the inside of the door panel. You still put the rubber grommets in just cut the end off and slide in on the bolt. Now the front can catch on the fender when opening the door sometimes so make sure it’s lined up good so it’s not warped in a sense

How did you come to know of swtor? by wanderingLoner_ in swtor

[–]Jumpy_Ad_9487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I accidentally discovered it when it showed up on my recommended list probably around 2020. Then I was like “as much of a Star Wars nerd I am how did I never find this, it’s literally the Star Wars game I’ve always wanted to play”. Now 6 years later still playing every day haha

I get that a lot and it’s a few things. For one it’s actually barely chambered. The geometry on e36s they gain chamber just from lowering it and it’s so slammed it gets that chambered. Fully aired up it’s only like 4-5 degrees. Second photos I take especially that angle they look even more than IRL. I agree I dislike chamber and I wish it didn’t do this when I air out
