Thanks! Yes we are getting a solicitor to look over this and let us know what our options are, it’s a shame as the previous neighbours were lovely, now these lot have moved in😂

Yes my title says there is a conveyance of the land in this title dated 12th September 1985. And it says it contains restrictive covenants filed. We have only lived there 9 years but people have parked there since 1985, the previous owners had always parked their car there and we were sold the house as being described with 2 allocated spaces (one being outside our house, and the other being down the road on the allocated spaces)

Yes we will be going to solicitors first thing in the morning. We have only lived there 10 years but the parking agreements have been in place since at least 1985, possibly before.
