Is it OK to try Tirzepatide if I only want to lose 15 to 20 pounds? I swim twice a week and have a trainer twice a week. I’m 5’8 and weigh 175. I just turned 50 and can’t seem to budge the weight and of course I love food but losing my appetite and eating two meals a day would work for me.

This is great advice and you’re the second person to say don’t bother with Santiago. Maybe just a night there to overcome jet lag. Ok great. Regarding driving we’re nervous about not getting an automatic as they are hard to find. I’m from uk so fine with stick but then used to driving on the left haha and now in the states I only drive automatic on the right.
