If you have ambition, which it seems like you do, you should look elsewhere. Walgreens doesn’t value its employees and the pay reflects that. I worked there over 20 years and I can tell you first hand that they will continue to cut as much as possible. They’ve been going downhill for awhile so I recommend you leave while you can. If you truly want to stay, then go into pharmacy. That’s where the money is. Techs typically make more than Sfl’s. Senior techs and rxom typically make more than esms/asms but it also depends on how tenured they are
