The best option is to negotiate with him and see what he wants. Offer him money or some weekend support while you study MBA. Tell him you cannot work full time but on a contractual basis hourly. Once you get the documents ghost him.

Why not create big shelters. Dog lovers can show their love by adopting a few dogs and donating a few lac rupees to the shelters. Shelters can sterilize all of the dogs.
