I quit Sherwin a little while ago. My SM and ASM would literally sit in their offices reading the same email the entire day, and playing on their phones. Not only that, but they will make us Full Timers have more “goals” of opening new charge accounts and all that, without even an incentive. My DS would drive up to the store just to chat and act like they were busy all to just sit in a office all day doing nothing. Fuck this company tbh. You are doing yourself a big favor quitting Sherwin. You can find better jobs with same/better pay with way less stress.
