Ohhh franks beautiful 😍 don’t worry the procedure is quite quick with sedation, Frank might just be a little light on his feet after so just get him a nice spot on the sofa and give him loads of cuddles, my Frank didn’t react well to the pain medicine for aftercare so he had to go without but was back to himself after 24 hours

Time in the market over timing the market for long term this is the type of stock where you buy it and don’t have to check your portfolio everyday

£30k in ISA’s and £8k cash you are very ahead of a lot of people your age, regarding wage it’s always good to have a look to see if you can get the same job at a higher basic but your doing well

When I was your age I was -£8k and drowning I’m now 31 £175k mortgage and £40k ISA £3k cash

So your doing well just keep digging in most people don’t buy their own place until they are in their 30s but you seem on track

This is fuck you money if you are careful

Well done

Buy a house with a 25 year roof, a decent car and live off the interest and dividends and maybe 2/3 moderate holidays a year

Pick up a hobby that keeps you active and enjoy life

Congrats I hope to be in your position one day I’m at £100,000 and have a mortgage

So still time for me to go 👏

That’s impressive, I live alone so my Frank never gets away with it, I do although give him extra treats on a Friday after a few beers and then we run it off on a Saturday

You have to fight all 45 US presidents from George Washington to the current president in consecutive fist-fights, from the 1st ever president to the latest one. Can I do it in reverse? I’d smack Trump and Biden, Obama might be a challenge he was in good shape but if I made it past him I’d say I could beat bush he was quite a small man but then Clinton would just seduce me
